Before each usage, give the bottle a good shake. A generous amount should be sprayed in the targeted region. Brush or comb your hair. Begin at the bottom and work your way up to the top of the head.
Mist can be used on a regular basis or only when needed. It can be used alone or in combination with oils and butters
