Using the LCO method:
Step 1: Mist the moisture spray through your hair and rub it in using your hands to make a prayer.
Step 2: Apply sheamint to your strands
Step 3: Massage the herbal hair growth oil into your scalp and beard to seal in the moisture. Repeatable every day (3-4 times a week minimum but use daily for best results)
For the LOC method interchange step 3 with step 2 to for the O-oil then the C-Cream
